We’re a small, local business born out of our deep love for the Sierra Foothills… a place we’ve explored in every season, from sunny paddles on alpine lakes to snowy hikes through quiet pine forests. What started as weekend outings quickly became a way of life, and we wanted to share that joy with others.

We created Gold Country Rec to make it easy for anyone to experience the outdoors without the hassle of buying, storing, or hauling gear. Our rentals are high-quality, well-cared-for, and ready when you are.
